Assistant Manager (HR) ↪ ₹ 40,000 to ₹ 1,40,000/-
Assistant Manager (Finance) ↪ ₹ 40,000 to ₹ 1,40,000/-
Deputy Manager (Legal) ↪ ₹ 50,000 to ₹ 1,60,000/-
✅ Educational Qualification and Experience:
Assistant Manager (HR): Graduate / Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 02 years of experience in a comparable capacity in a reputable public sector company or commercial / industrial organization, in workforce preparation, recruiting, staff training, wage control, labor relations, trade union negotiations, healthcare, etc.
Assistant Director (Finance): B.Com or M.Com pass in 1st Grade. Max 03 years of experience in the management of PSU / large commercial company corporate accounts.
Deputy (Legal) Manager: Degree in Law (B.L. or equivalent). Experience as a practicing Lawyer before any District Court / High Court in Civil Side(or) Experience in the legal profession being thoroughly experienced in taxes, business, labor, arbitration in particular, and general laws; expertise in drafting agreements, acts of conveyance, etc.
