Age Limit: 35 – 45 years as on 1st January 2020. Age relaxation 03 years for SC and ST.
Eligibility:
(1) Has a law degree from a university founded or incorporated by or under a central Act or a State Act or an institution recognised by the U.G.C. or any other comparable qualification.
(2) He was a lawyer for at least seven years as of 01/01/2020. In other words, as on 01.01.2020, the applicant must practice as an Advocate and must have practiced as on that date for a period of no less than seven years.
(3) has good character and is of sound mind and body and free from any bodily and mental disability which renders him unfit for such appointment.
Selection Process: Written Examination and Interview (Viva Voce).
Examination Fee: ₹ 700/- for bonafide residents of chhatisgarh state belonging to SC, ST and OBC; ₹ 1000/- for all other state candidates and UR category candidates. The fee is to be deposited only in the form of Challan with SBI branches through Core Banking Network all over India.
How to Apply: In addition to the Identity-Blatt and four equivalent and recent passport-Size self-certified photographies, the application (the specified format) has been properly completed and signed with the applicant’s name and address, on the back of a photograph attached to a application form, a photograph on the identity bblattle and two photographs to be stacked at the space provided in the application Form and TWO an individual till 5:00 P.M. The words “Application for District Judge (Entry Level) Examination 2020 by direct recruitment and the Advt. No.01/ S & A Cell/2020” must be written on the top of the envelope (14’’x10”).
