✅ Computer Knowledge: The candidate should have computer knowledge and will be required to furnish basic computer training certificate for at least 60 days from a recognized Computer Training Institute. Certificates from Central Government/ State Government/ University/ Boards etc., will also be acceptable for this purpose. This requirement of basic computer knowledge certificate shall be relaxable in cases where a candidate has studied computer as a subject in Class X or Class XII or higher educational qualification provided the candidate submits a certificate of Class X or Class XII or higher educational qualification in which he/she has studied computer as a subject.

✅ Residence: The candidate selected for the post of GDS BPM must mandatorily take up his/her residence in the Branch Post Office village within one month after selection but before engagement as Gramin Dak Sevak Branch Postmaster. The candidate shall submit a declaration to this effect in the application. The candidate selected for the post of other than GDS BPM should reside in post village/delivery jurisdiction

✅ Selection Process: Selection will be made as per the automatic generated merit list as per the rules based on the candidates online submitted applications. No weightage will be given for higher educational qualification. Only marks obtained in 10th standard of approved Boards aggregated to percentage to the accuracy of 4 decimals will be the criteria for finalizing the selection. Passing of all the subjects as per the respective approved board norms is mandatory for taking candidate into account for calculating the merit. In case candidates get the same marks, the merit order would be taken as DOB (higher age as merit), ST female, SC female, OBC female, UR female, ST Male, SC Male, OBC male, UR male. Candidate can opt any five choice of posts with preference of priority from the Circle/Circles applied. In case if the candidate is selected in all choices the lowest priority preference will be retained and all other candidatures will be forfeited.

✅ Educational Qualifications:

✔️ Specialist Gr. II (Thoracic Surgery): (a) A recognized medical Qualification included in the I or II schedule or Part II of the third schedule (other than the Licentiate Qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of third schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of IMC the Act) – 1956 (b) Double Post Graduate i.e. MD/MS along with M.Ch. (Thoracic Surgery)/ M.Ch. (Cardio Thoracic Surgery) or Speciality board of Thoracic Surgery (USA) OR equivalent. Minimum 02 years working experience.

✔️ System Analyst: Master degree in Statistics/ Maths/ Operation Research/ Computer Applications, or M. Tech. Computer Application. Minimum 05 years experience in a similar set up (with Ph.D) or 7 years experience (without Ph.D).

✔️ Health Education Officer: (i) Master Degree in Anthropology/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Social work from a recognized University, or equivalent; and (ii) Diploma in Health Education or M.P.H. (majoring in Health Education), or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution. (iii) 3 years research/training experience in Community Health work/social education field.

✔️ Psychologist: (i) Master degree in Psychology. (ii) Ph.D. in Psychology.

✔️ House Keeper: (1) Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognised board or Institution. (2) Certificate in Catering and Kitchen Management (3) 3 years experience in running a hostel/kitchen in any organisation of repute.

✔️ X-Ray Technician: (i) 10+2 or equivalent. 2 years Diploma in Radiography with 1 year experience.

✔️ Library Information Assistant: B.Sc./ B.A./ B.Com. Bachelor of Library Science.

✔️ Lower Division Clerk: Matriculation or equivalent with speed of 30 w.p.m. in typewriting (Hindi or English).

✔️ Junior Electric Mechanic: Middle pass with 1st class Wireman certificate with three years working experience as Electrician or Wireman (OR) Certificate of Electrician/wireman from ITI.

✔️ Driver: 10th Class / Matriculation Pass.

✔️ Hospital Multi Tasking Staff (HMTS): Matriculation or equivalent pass.

✅ Selection Process:

✔️ Written Test

✔️ Interview

✔️ A non-refundable fee of ₹ 100/- only for Group A post and ₹ 50/- for Group C posts.

✔️ The fee in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Director, National Institute of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases” payable at New Delhi.

✔️ There is no fees for SC/ST/PH/EWS & Woman candidates.

✔️ ₹ 1,000/- in case of UR/OBC candidates.

✔️ ₹ 500/- in case of EWS/SC/ST category candidates.

✔️ The application fee will be accepted through Demand Draft only in favour of Registrar, Delhi Technological University, payable at Delhi.
