✅ Educational Qualification and Experience:

• for the financial management: should a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant have 12 years of experience in responsible capacity in a production unit after technical qualifications. Awareness of SAP is desirable and if any incumbents work in a company it should have experience of working in the immediate aftermarket of Rs.24900-3% -50500 for at least 2 years.

She has five years of experience working in AgroChemicals/Seeds/Fertilisers, in renowned business. She has an assistant Marketing Manager. When a person is employed in a company, he/she should have at least one phase of the Rs. 16400-3 percent-40500 post-pay scale for 102 years.

• Secretary of the Company: Should an Associate Member of the Secretariats of the Institute of India be with 5 years of field experience, of which a supervisory capability not exceeding 2 years should be at the next stage below one phases after the payroll of Rs 16400-3%-40500

* THE Assistant Manager: Master in Hindi with English in degree level OR Master degree in English with Hindi in degree level OR Master degree in all topics with Hindi and English in degree level. Diploma or credential with 5 years of experience in enforcing the Official Language Act and the Laws, organising hindi workshops and programmes etc. is recommended. A certificate is required. Hindi to English translation and vice versa. Act on the publishing in Hindi.”orking within organization he/she should have experience of working at least for 2 years in the immediate below one step post pay scale of Rs.16400-3%-40500.

THE OFFICATER: (Rajbhasha): M.A.D.A. in Hindi with English in graduation OR M.A.D. in English with Hindi in graduation OR M.A.D. in either Hindi and English subject in graduate studies. It is advisable to have a translation certificate from a recognised state institution, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation, organisation of Hindi workshops, training programmes etc. Official language law and regulations. Hindi to English translation and vice versa. Work on publishing in Hindi.

✔️ Assistant Manager (Finance): Should be Chartered or Cost Accountant with 05 years’ post qualification experience in Financial & Cost Accounting, Internal Audit,out of which 02 years should have been in responsible capacity in Industry or Govt.” If any incumbents working within organization he/she should have experience of working at least for 2 years in the immediate below one step post pay scale of Rs.16400-3%-40500.
