Central University of Gujarat regularly invites online applications from qualified and suitable Indian nationals for direct recruitment of teaching and non-teaching positions in various schools / centers of studies and departments through open competition on all Indian bases. Qualification and Experience:

PROFESSOR: Eminent scholar with a Ph.D. in the related discipline and published high-quality work, actively engaged in research with proof of published work, a minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 120. (ii) a minimum of ten years of university / college teaching experience as Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor and/or equivalent research experience at the University / National Level Institutions with proof of a good doctoral candidate ORB. An excellent student who holds a Ph.D. in the relevant / allies / applied disciplines;, supported by documentary evidence provided he/she has ten years’ experience.

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR:

(I) Good academic record, doctorate in. Degree in the disciplines at issue / allied / relevant. (ii) A Master’s degree with a minimum of 55 percent marks (or a point-scale equivalent score, wherever the grading system is followed). (iii) a total of eight years of teaching and/or research experience in an academic / research position equal to that of a University, College or Accredited Research Institution / Industry Assistant Professor with a minimum of seven publications;

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR:

I a Master’s degree with 55 percent marks (or a point-scale equivalent degree wherever the grading system is followed) in a subject / relevant / related subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign university approved. (ii) In addition to meeting the above requirements, an applicant must have completed a National Eligibility Test (NET) administered by the UGC or the CSIR, or a related test approved by the UGC, such as SLET / SET or awarded a Ph.D. in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Requirements and Award Procedure) Regulations, 2009 or 201.
